As set out in the NML Rules and Regulations, commercial dog walking on NML land is permitted, but under a licensing scheme and with terms and conditions.

Licences need to be renewed annually. A fee may be payable to NML by commercial dog walkers for the granting of the licence, but NML has agreed not to levy any fee for 2015 or 2016. The fee to be payable in future years is to be decided.
